Why we publish the numbers
Opaque markets punish buyers, and eventually brokers too. An owner who knows the real VAT math in Saudi Arabia or the berth realities in Qatar negotiates faster and closes cleaner. Where a figure varies or a rule is mid-change, the guide says so and names the authority to confirm with.
